Instruction for presenters

Languages Used

  • In the Q&A session, there are no restrictions on the language used, as long as communication is established.

Equipment

  • If you use a laptop you brought with you
    • The connector to the projector is HDMI.
    • You may use eduroam to connect to the Internet; please prepare your own eduroam account. Also, please check the connection status at the venue by yourself before your presentation.
  • When using a PC set up at the venue
    • PCs set up at the venue may not be connected to the Internet.
    • Please bring a USB memory stick (Tyep-A) containing the files to be used and copy the files to the PC at the venue.
    • PowerPoint files (pptx) and PDF files (pdf) are available.
    • If you use PDF files, please embed fonts.
    • If you use video files, please use mp4 format, and if you use audio files, please use mp3 format.

Other Notes

  • There are no rules regarding filming, recording, videotaping, or distributing presentations on social networking services. Presenters are required to clearly state at the beginning of their presentations whether or not they may be photographed, recorded, videotaped, or distributed on social networking services. The Executive Committee will not respond to any problems that arise without such clarification.
  • If you need a certificate of presentation, please apply for it after the conference using the form below.
